How many mines have been found in Karabakh after liberation?

11,009 anti-personnel and 5,444 anti-tank mines, as well as 15,020 pieces of unexploded ordnance were found and deactivated during demining operations in Tartar, Agdam, Fizuli, Shusha, Gubadli, Jabrayil and Zangilan between 10 November 2020 and 30 April 2022, the Azerbaijani Mine Action Agency told Day.Az on Wednesday, May 4.

An area of 9,568.1 hectares was cleared from landmines and unexploded ordnance in this period.
