Hikmet Hajiyev: After occupation, Armenians from the Middle East settled in Lachin illegally

Hikmet Hajiyev, Assistant to the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Head of Foreign Policy Affairs Department of the Presidential Administration, shared in his Twitter account a story on the occupation of Lachin published in The Times:

“The Times reportage by Robert Seely in May 1992 on illegal occupation, burning and plundering of Lachin/Zabukh village by Armenia. After occupation illegal settlement was conducted by transferring Armenians from ME.”
