Intelligence Online: France wants to establish “its own military communication channel with Armenia”

“Paris may soon appoint a military attaché stationed at the French Embassy in Yerevan. Although such an appointment may seem insignificant at first glance, it may well be an expression of France’s desire to open its own military communication channel with Armenia, thus ending the latter’s exclusive military relations with Moscow,” the publication says.
