In Baku, an international conference titled “Neocolonialism: Violation of Human Rights and Injustice” will take place.

Representatives from 14 countries, as well as overseas territories of France and Corsica, will participate in the conference.

The program of the international conference includes presentations by participants on the situation in the territories they represent, the significant interference of France in the internal affairs of its former colonies, the gross violations of human rights by France in its current colonies, as well as extensive discussions among participants on the topic of decolonization.

The Baku Initiative Group was established on July 6, 2023, in Baku by participants of the “Complete Elimination of Colonization” conference during a meeting of ministers of the Non-Aligned Movement Coordinating Bureau under the chairmanship of Azerbaijan.
