Baku and Moscow are negotiating the fate of Russian peacekeepers in Karabakh

This was stated by the Russian Ambassador to Baku, Mikhail Evdokimov.

According to him, the Russian peacekeepers have been “effectively” performing their functions, on the one hand, “protecting this territory of Azerbaijan, and on the other, of course, for the Armenian population it was important that Russian peacekeepers were present, who ensured their safety.”
