Azerbaijan has topped the list of oil suppliers to Italy

According to information from the Italian Ministry of Environment and Energy Security, in 2023, Azerbaijan supplied approximately 11.3 million tons of oil to Italy, which is 25% more than in 2022.

During the reporting period, Italy increased its imports of Azeri Light oil by 17.8% compared to 2022, reaching 7.3 million tons, and Azeri Blend by 41.2%, reaching 4 million tons.
