Armenian provocation aims at dealing blow to peace process, Jeyhun Bayramov tells Toivo Klaar

At the meeting, the parties discussed the current state of Azerbaijan-European Union relations, the normalization process between Azerbaijan and Armenia, and the prospects of the draft peace agreement, Report informs, citing the MFA.

Bayramov pointed out that the Armenian provocation, which resulted in the wounding of an Azerbaijani military serviceman as a result of sniper fire without any provoking factor after 5 months of stability, was aimed at dealing a blow to the peace process.

The parties also exchanged views on bilateral and regional issues of mutual interest.
