President of Azerbaijan: Armenia is not interested in a peace agreement

Armenia is not interested in a peace agreement with Azerbaijan, and it is deliberately stalling, purchasing new weapons from France, and conducting military exercises with third countries on its territory. This was stated by Azerbaijani President Aliyev during a meeting with a delegation from the Grand National Assembly of Turkey in Baku.

The head of state added that Armenia’s position regarding the preservation of the OSCE Minsk Group is perplexing: “If the conflict is over and the Armenian Prime Minister declares support for Azerbaijan’s territorial integrity, then what is the need for the Minsk Group, which has already lost its relevance?”
