Hajiyev accused France of militarizing Armenia with deadly weapons

“France is one of the main forces behind the militarization of the Armenian side. Armenia is an occupier and aggressor. Therefore, its militarization is a matter of responsibility. We regret that France, in violation of international law, is involved in the program of militarizing Armenia,” Hajiyev added.
