Azerbaijan – one of the safest countries in terms of terrorist threat level

Among the countries with the highest terrorist activity and threat levels are Burkina Faso (8.581), Pakistan (8.374), and Syria (8.00).

Azerbaijan ranked 90th in the terrorism threat index with a score of 0.233, moving up one position compared to 2024 (previously 89th). This places Azerbaijan among the safest countries in the world in terms of terrorism threats.
