Armenia awaits new grain shipments via Azerbaijan and Georgia

Armenia is expecting new grain shipments that will be delivered by rail via Azerbaijan and Georgia.

Economy Minister Gevorg Papoyan said that the new deliveries are expected in the near future, but did not specify exact arrival dates in Yerevan or name the supplying country. “As soon as the grain arrives, I will publish the data on the volume in tons,” he noted.

Regarding deliveries of petroleum products from Azerbaijan, the minister also provided no details. Information will become available only after the relevant railcars arrive in the country.
