Azerbaijan is considering purchasing or constructing a railway terminal in China.

The CJSC “Azerbaijan Railways” (ADY) is exploring the possibility of buying or building a terminal in China. Rovshan Rustamov, the chairman of the joint-stock company, stated this to Report.

“The Chinese market is a priority for Azerbaijan. Therefore, we have decided to appoint a special representative in this country. Currently, ADY is studying the Chinese market, and in the future, we may open a representative office in China. Later on, we are considering purchasing or constructing a terminal in China. We are purposefully entering the Chinese market,” he said.
