Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, and Uzbekistan have agreed on the transfer of renewable energy across the Caspian Sea

This was announced by Hikmet Hajiyev, assistant to the President of Azerbaijan, on the social network X.

“Yet one of the important deliverables of COP 29 at the regional and trans regional level. Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan signed MOU on development and transmission of renewable energy along the Caspian Sea. The project will also be linked with the Black Sea energy cable. New green energy corridor in the making,” he noted.
