France announces arms supply to Armenia

French Defense Minister Sébastien Lecornu, in an interview with the Parisie newspaper, stated that Paris and Yerevan will finalize an agreement on October 22nd regarding the purchase of French weaponry, including air defense systems.

According to him, “it is necessary to allow Armenia to protect its civilian population and ensure the defense of its borders.”
