Additionally, it is noted that more than $45 million USD was transferred from Azerbaijan to the bank accounts of AFAD and other humanitarian institutions operating in the earthquake zone in Turkey.

In 2023, Azerbaijan allocated approximately $60 million USD (100 million manats) for recovery and reconstruction efforts in the territories affected by the earthquake in Turkey.
