Letter from Azerbaijan’s Permanent Rep to Sec.-Gen. circulated as UN document

According to Report’s US bureau, this is a response to unfounded accusations against Azerbaijan, contained in a letter from the Permanent Mission of Armenia to the UN to the secretary general of the organization.

In the letter, the ambassador presented detailed data collected on the involvement of children in military service in Armenia, which is a gross violation of international law and human rights.
