OSCE to send over 80 observers to elections in Azerbaijan

The head of the OSCE PA observer delegation will be Vice President of the OSCE PA, Daniela De Ridder (Germany), with the Special Coordinator and leader of the short-term OSCE observer mission being the Deputy Chair of the Committee on Economic Affairs and Environment, Artur Gerasimov (Ukraine), as reported by “Report”.

“We are working closely with the OSCE ODIHR mission to monitor how the presidential elections adhere to democratic principles, whether free voting procedures, a fair atmosphere, media accessibility, and accurate coverage of the results are ensured,” stated De Ridder.
