President of Azerbaijan begins state visit to Uzbekistan

As reported by aze.media, President Aliyev was greeted at the Islam Karimov Tashkent International Airport, which was adorned with the national flags of both Azerbaijan and Uzbekistan. A guard of honor was assembled in his honor.

Upon arrival, President Ilham Aliyev and First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva were warmly welcomed by Uzbekistan’s Prime Minister, Abdulla Aripov, along with other high-ranking officials.
