References to the Moscow and Kars Treaties to be removed from Nakhchivan Constitution

Mentions of the Moscow and Kars treaties will be removed from the preamble of the Constitution of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic. The relevant amendments were adopted by the Milli Majlis in their second reading.

The revised text emphasizes that Nakhchivan is an integral part of Azerbaijan, while the constitutional foundations are defined as the 1991 acts on the restoration of independence and the 1995 Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
