The joint Russian-Turkish monitoring center in Agdam is closing

“The process of terminating the activities of the Russian-Turkish joint monitoring center, established in the city of Agdam on January 30, 2021, to monitor the ceasefire and prevent violations in the Karabakh region in accordance with the Memorandum signed between Turkey and Russia, continues with coordination between Azerbaijan and Russia,” the statement said.
