Hikmet Hajiyev: Azerbaijan brought stability to the South Caucasus region

The President’s Assistant declared that Azerbaijan spares no effort in establishing peace with Armenia.

Azerbaijan encourages broader cooperation in a context free from division. Azerbaijan faithfully fulfills its obligations. It attempts to extend the South Caucasus experience to other regions of the world.
