Noting that since the early 1990s, relations between Azerbaijan and France had been developing positively, the head of state emphasized that the French government’s reaction to the Second Karabakh War and the anti-terrorist operation was absolutely inadequate.

The President of Azerbaijan also informed the forum participants about attempts to bring up for consideration by international organizations the issue of sanctions against our country and acts of vandalism against the Natavan monument in the French town of Evian.
